While the second method is to signup for Apple’s public beta program. It is worth noting that, the public beta will be launched/rolled out later this month.

For Apple’s public beta program open this URL: Public Beta in Safari on any iOS 11 powered devices. Once you’ve signed up you will be presented with a profile to download and install on your iOS device. Lastly, once it’s been downloaded, restart your device and then head over to Settings => General => Software Update to download the latest software update of iOS 12.
