As of this year, Samsung currently has three high-end products including Galaxy S, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Fold.

Previously, there was information that Samsung was planning to merge the two Galaxy Note and Galaxy S product lines, but the latest patent showed that Samsung is planning to unify the two Galaxy product lines “Note and Galaxy Fold”.

Image from a patent found today shows that Samsung is having an idea to develop another foldable smartphone. Unlike the Galaxy Fold, this device will have an S-Pen and support Air gestures.

Thus, it can be seen that Samsung now intends to merge the two product lines Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Note.

It is known that having three high-end product lines launched at three different times will reduce user interest for each product and may also make Samsung devices obsolete. Therefore, merging 2 product lines together is considered a reasonable solution.
