Activision announced the arrival of a new update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on Wednesday (18). Continuing with the addition of new content for the first season, two classic Call of Duty 4 maps, a game mode, Spec Ops missions and a character arrive at FPS.

The most noticeable news is the Call of Duty 4 maps. “Vacant” and “Shipment” will be playable in all traditional multiplayer modes. In addition, a compact version of “Shipment” will be available on 2v2. This had been posted on Infinity Ward's roadmap, however.

Cranked, which debuted in Call of Duty: Ghosts, also returns. This is a more hardcore version of Team Kills: Players have 30 seconds to kill an opponent, otherwise they will explode.

Co-op fans won't shake hands. Spec Ops will have three new missions: "Operation Strongbox", "Disinform" and "Bomb Squad".

Finally, the character Nikto joins the forces of the Alliance. He looks like Mara, but unlike her, is not part of the Battle Pass. To purchase it, players will need to shell out 2,400 CP in a bundle.

At present, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
