GIZ exposed the back rendering of Huawei P40 Pro. The rendering however, shows the Huawei P40 Pro's rear five cameras, one of which is a ToF lens. The overall camera module design is similar to the Nut Pro 3, and the flash is located below the camera.

According to Yu Chengdong's previous statement, Huawei P40 / Pro will be released in France in March 2020, and the design of the P40 series will be "unprecedented."

In addition to that, Yu Chengdong also said that Huawei P40 series will be sold in Europe through conventional sales channels, and the system P40 series will continue to use the Android-based EMUI operating system.

In terms of configuration, it is reported that the Huawei P40 has dual front punch holes, a screen size of 6.57 inches (6.67 inches diagonal), supports 2K and FHD + resolution switching, supports HDR, DCI-P3 wide color gamut standards, and the screen is an AMOLED screen.

It is reported that the Huawei P40 Pro will use the same virtual volume bar design as Mate 30 Pro, while P40 will continue to use the physical volume key design.
