The NPD Group has revealed the list of the best selling games in February in the USA. After being overthrown by Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot in January, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare took back the lead. Other prominent titles were NBA 2K20 and as is usual, GTA V.

If only PlayStation 4 games are counted, the gold medal goes to Activision's shooter again. Modern Warfare still ranks second on the list of most traded in 2020, losing exactly to Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

One of the sales highlights of the month was The Division 2, Ubisoft did good promotional actions in relation to the title and won over consumers.

Incredibly, no game released in February was among the 20 best sellers. Dreams and Darksiders Genesis hit the market in the middle of the month and still did not get a place on the list.

See below the list of the 20 best-selling games in the USA:
  1. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

  4. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

Remember that in these classifications, Nintendo games do not have their digital sales computed. The Japanese company does not disclose numbers of sales involving this type of media.

Regarding consoles, the Switch had more units being purchased by consumers in February. Even so, hardware sales fell 34%, probably because gamers are looking to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, scheduled for release later this year.
