Microsoft has begun to launch application icons with colorful designs for Windows users, to completely refresh the Windows 10 interface. Microsoft has decided to change the icons with a simple, long-standing design to new icon with a more modern Fluent Design.
Historically, icons designed in the style of Live Tiles, simplifying the colors have never been appealing to Windows 10 users and programmers. But when Fluent Design came along, everything changed.

Microsoft prefers monochromatic icons, but it would not be appropriate to sync this design to other ecosystems like Android and iOS. Therefore, with the new icon set, color mixing will help Microsoft applications to attract more users.

The company's desire is to bring this design to applications for Windows, iOS, Android and macOS. Some apps on Windows 10 will prioritize updating to new designs, including Calculator, Groove Music, Mail, Voice Recorder, Alarms & Clock, Movies & TV, and Calenda.

New icons have been sent to Windows users from now on, but your device will be updated one by one until the full set of icons is available. My device has been updated with icons such as Calendar, Mail, Movies & TV.

I have been updated with the new icon set, have you been updated yet? Go to the Windows Store and check if your computer's operating system is up to date. Then continue to wait for the new icon set to update on your computer!
