In 2019, Samsung launched Galaxy Watch Active in February, Galaxy Watch Active2 in August, and both removed the physical rotation that was once present on the Galaxy Watch. A lot of people have regretted this but may now be excited when the next generation Galaxy smartwatch will have this rotation again.

According to sources, the next-gen Galaxy smartwatch has a physical rotation since its last appearance on the Galaxy Watch launched in August 2018 and this could be an upgraded version of the product.

Galaxy Watch Active/Active2 though not equipped with physical rotation but equipped with touch rotation. This feature works quite well, but many agree that it still doesn't feel like the Galaxy Watch.

Recently, FCC certification shows that the upcoming Galaxy smartwatch will be 45mm in size, between the size of the Galaxy Watch Active2 (44mm) and Galaxy Watch (46mm). While it is unclear how big the product will be, the physical rotation will be available on both versions.

As can be seen in the FCC certification, the new generation Galaxy smartwatch will come in two versions, with the SM-R845 and SM-R855 codes of the LTE version. Particularly for the WiFi version, there will be SM-R840 and SM-R850 codes .

Although the LTE version does not confirm the dimensions for each code, but thanks to the WiFi version, the new Galaxy smartwatch will have two sizes: 41mm and 45mm. These can be two sizes that have a large difference of up to 4mm, instead of just 2mm as before with two sizes of 42 mm and 44mm.

Previously, SamMobile also knew that Samsung will launch a new smartwatch made of titanium material and will probably be more expensive than versions with aluminum and stainless steel.

The new Galaxy Smartwatch is expected to launch a few days before the next Galaxy Note event is expected to take place in August 2020, just like the Galaxy Watch Active2 in August 2019.
