The Taiwanese company HTC, has released a modern smartphone with support for the fifth generation mobile networks - Desire 21 Pro 5G. The new product is reported by GSMArena.

HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G large smartphone: the screen diagonal reaches 6.7 inches with a resolution of 2400 x 1800 pixels. The IPS panel is capable of refreshing the picture at a frequency of 90 hertz.

The smartphone is built on a new chipset from Qualcomm - Snapdragon 690. It is an eight-core platform that operates at a maximum clock speed of 2 GHz. The processor received a Snapdragon X51 5G modem.

The RAM in the smartphone is 8 GB, and the permanent memory is 128 GB. The latter is expanded with memory cards.

The model received a quad camera with a main image sensor with a resolution of 48 megapixels. Together with it comes an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, cameras for determining the depth of the scene and macro photography. The selfie sensor has a resolution of 16 megapixels.

While the pre-order for the new smartphone from HTC is open only in Taiwan, global sales will begin later. The cost for a smartphone of this level is quite high - $430.
