Nothing Phone (1): First 100 Units Will Be Auctioned Next Week, While It Will Launch Next Month

The British brand Nothing previously revealed that it will officially launch the transparent smartphone Nothing Phone (1) next month, July 12.

Despite the news of the official release date, recently, we are made to understand that the smartphone company in partner with StockX have decided to auction its first 100 units next week "June 21st" before the official release date.

Nothing in the official design of Nothing Phone (1) said that the product contains a bold design, full of warmth and joy. Nothing Phone (1) was designed by former Dyson chief designer Adam Bates and his team, and was inspired by the work of Italian artist Massimo Vignelli.

Nothing Phone (1) is designed with a fully transparent casing. Although Bates did not expose the internal circuit board of the phone, the public can still see the wireless charging coil and screws in the fuselage. The phone body adopts a right-angle flat frame, and the back is equipped with two sets of main lenses.

It is said that one of the lenses is 50 million pixels and is equipped with an ultra-wide-angle lens. In addition, the Nothing Phone (1) is also rumored to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

Nothing said it would partner with online shopping platform StockX.com to auction off the first 100 Nothing Phones (1) on StockX.com on June 21, with the proceeds going to a community-managed fund.
