Strategy Analytics data released today shows that in Q1 2022, Apple, Honor and Xiaomi each have three models among the top ten best-selling smartphones in China.

Specifically, the top ten models of the best-selling smartphones in China are Apple iPhone 13, Honor 50, iPhone 13 Pro Max, OPPO A56 5G, iPhone 13 Pro, Honor 50 SE 5G, Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 4G, Xiaomi Redmi K40 5G, Honor Play 20, Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 5G.

In addition, Strategy Analytics said that Huawei has two models that have entered the top 20 since Q4 in 2021, and its market share has also increased.

AndroBliz learned that data previously released by Strategy Analytics showed that China's smartphone shipments in Q1 2022 will drop by 17% year-on-year to 71.9 million.

Among them, OPPO (including OnePlus) took the first place, with shipments reaching 13.6 million units, accounting for 18.9%. Honor and vivo ranked second and third, with the top three manufacturers accounting for 56% of the Chinese market.

Meanwhile, Apple ranked fourth and Xiaomi fifth, with market shares of 16% and 15%, respectively. The top five brands have a combined market share of 87% in China, up slightly from 86% a year ago.
