Report has it that Xperia 5 IV is currently on production, arriving with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Chip and of course, with a wireless charging technology...
A new source has revealed the alleged specifications of the Xperia 5 IV compact smartphone, which Sony is expected to release later this year.

The successor to the Xperia 5 III is said to have Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, and not the Plus version. This chip contains eight compute cores, including the powerful Kryo Prime cores clocked at up to 3.0 GHz. This SoC also includes the new generation Adreno GPU and Snapdragon X65 5G modem.

Additionally, the Xperia 5 IV is said to come in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants. The storage capacity of this smartphone will be 128GB and 256GB.

Sony's upcoming smartphone will be powered by a 5,000 mAh battery, with support for wireless charging by Qi technology, promising to meet a long day of intense use by users.

On the front, the Sony Xperia 5 IV is expected to have a high-end OLED screen with a size of 6.1 inches. The rear camera system of this phone will include 3 sensors with the same 12MP resolution.

The first will be the main camera using a 24mm aperture lens, followed by an ultra-wide-angle lens with a focal length of 16mm, and finally a telephoto camera with a focal length of 85-125mm. The resolution of the selfie camera could also be 12 megapixels.

Hopefully in the next few days we will see more information about the Sony Xperia 5 IV appear on the web.
