Today, Tesla announced through its official Twitter that Tesla’s Berlin Giga factory completed 1,000 Model Y production this week.

Tesla has introduced a second shift at its Berlin Giga factory from May 20 to boost production, Tesmanian previously reported.

Additionally, Tesla CEO Elon Musk emailed employees this week that the Berlin Gigafactory produced nearly 1,000 cars last week.

It is reported that the annual output of Tesla's Berlin Gigafactory in the first phase is expected to be 500,000 vehicles.

Delivery data shows that in the first quarter of 2022, Tesla delivered 310,048 vehicles, with 295,324 Model 3 and Y deliveries , and 14,724 Model S and X deliveries.
