On June 6, Apple will announce a series of new software including iOS16 and iPadOS 16 at the WWDC 2022 event.
According to the latest announcement from Apple, the WWDC 2022 Worldwide Developer Conference will start from June 6 and take place in the form of a livestream like last year.

This is an event that focuses mainly on software as well as better improvements from the company to support application developers. Although it is still too early to make predictions about the content of this event, it is likely that Apple will announce iOS 16, iPadOS 16, macOS 13, watchOS 9 and tvOS 16.

Through the invitation, the most prominent image of this year is the Swift logo, which shows that the company wants to focus on its programming language. Besides, Bloomberg researcher Mark Gurman also revealed that iOS 16's codename is Sydney, macOS 13 is Rome and watchOS 9 is Kincaid. As for iOS 16, this expert suggests a major upgrade version with a lot of points to look forward to.

Since Apple has tightened its grip on sharing internal OS builds outside of the company in recent years, information on upcoming software will be scarce. On the other hand, for hardware, WWDC is almost not for new product launches (if any, it's just an upgrade from an existing device).

So what can we expect at WWDC 2022?

iOS 16:

This is likely to be a major update and design overhaul over iOS 15. Although Apple has tweaked the system in each annual release, it has never redesigned it in a way that it doesn't. the company did with iOS 7.

iPadOS 16:

This operating system so far lacks an application that many users need - Calculator! Even many features that are locked due to incompatibility with iPad M1 and upcoming models may be unlocked to help this chipset reach its full potential.

macOS 13:

Technology site 9to5mac believes that this version will be called Mammoth, focusing heavily on support for Macs using Apple Silicon chipsets.

With tvOS and HomePod OS almost forgotten at last year's WWDC event, will the next two releases - tvOS 16 and HomePod 16 get more attention this year?

The last thing that all users look forward to is a preview of the next operating system released for the long-rumored AR glasses? Mac Pro is designed slaij and even "successor" to Pro Display X.DR!
