As a way to expand the in-house exclusives to other audiences, Sony has announced that Marvel's Spider-Man for PC arrives on August 12th.

Yesterday, Insomniac revealed on the PS Blog that the web's adventure will have 4K, NVIDIA DLSS and ray tracing — but that will depend on your machine's specs.

High resolution shadows, better reflections and features that promise to make the graphics even more beautiful will also be part of the package.

Anyone who wants a PlayStation-like experience will be able to play with DualSense, as the controller's features will be supported — but it will also be possible to use a mouse and keyboard.

The specifications for Marvel's Spider-Man for PC show that the game can run on even the most modest computers — of course, at 720p resolutions and low frame rates.

At the recommended settings to play at 1080p and 60 FPS , the game requires a fourth-generation Intel i5 processor or an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 — in addition to 16GB of RAM. The video cards suggested in this scenario are the 6GB GTX 1060 (NVIDIA) or the Radeon RX 580 (AMD).

For those who want to run the game on the “stalk”, you will need a 12th Gen Intel i7 processor or an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X and 32GB of RAM.

Of course, to be able to run at 4K and with high FPS, you need an RTX 3080 or an AMD RX 6950 XT graphics card. Also worth mentioning: SSD is suggested in all configurations — except the entry-level one.
