In a statement, Canadian developer Full Circle explained that the leaked build was "never designed for external use".
Last Thursday (07), a profile on Reddit published a series of Google Drive links with leaked screenshots of the new Skate, where it was possible to take a look at other aspects of the production. Now, Full Circle, the Canadian developer responsible for the sequel, has positioned itself on what happened.

In a post on the official blog on Tuesday (12), the studio explained that the leaked material is from September 2021 and that the compilation was "never designed for external use".

We are aware of an earlier version of the game that was distributed without our authorization. This build is from September 2021 and was never designed for external use.

While we understand that you're excited to enjoy the game, we recommend that you exercise caution when downloading files from unknown sources (and keep in mind the possible consequences of violating EA 's Terms of Service ).

The release date, as well as the platforms on which the game will arrive, have not yet been announced.

Furthermore, the announcement from Skate developers ends by reaffirming that more details about the title will arrive next Thursday (14), in a special event.
