New stat system, authentic technicians, revamped menu... Check out the promised improvements
FIFA 23 gameplay has been detailed by EA Sports, and the news of the next edition of the football game has been explained by the devs. Highlighting innovations in kicking and dribbling mechanics, the trailer introduced Hypermotion 2, an evolution of the real-life player motion capture technology used in FIFA 22.

However, FIFA fans have been complaining about the lack of Career improvements for a few years. Yesterday, EA Sports released the news of the Mode in FIFA 23.

The main pillars that have been introduced are career personalities for players and “playable moments”, a “hybrid” mode between simulating and playing a match.

Player Career Personalities will be built around actions on and off the field – as in many other games. Answers in interviews, bids in games, it's all going to build your character's style. And Playable Highlights will actually allow you to take the field only when you need to, similar to what happens in Madden NFL.

Additionally, the Career Mode will have a revamped menu, a new transfer analyst, and of course, as highlighted in the video's cover image, real coaches. Guardiola, Gerrard, Vieira, Conte, etc…

Meanwhile, FIFA 23 will arrive towards the end of September on PS4 and PS5. The pre-sale has already started and you can secure your copy
