As a pure electric sports car with a hardtop convertible, the Polestar O₂ adopts a low-slung, wide-body shape, with a simple overall style and a modern aesthetic.

Polestar CEO Thomas Ingenlath said yesterday: "I am very excited that we have decided to put this stunning electric sports car into production due to the overwhelming response from consumers and the media. According to the official introduction, the Polestar 6 will use a new customized all-aluminum bonding platform and a high-performance 800-volt electrical architecture developed by the Polestar UK team for the Polestar 5.

The car is equipped with front and rear dual motor drives, providing a combined maximum output of 650 kW (884 hp) and a peak torque of 900 N·m. The target 0-000 km/h acceleration is 3.2 seconds, and the top speed is 250 km/h.
