Dakar Desert Rally Trailer Features Classic 80s Vehicles

Developed by Saber Porto, the Dakar Desert Rally captures the true speed and excitement of the biggest Amaury Sport Organization rally race on the planet, featuring a wide range of licensed vehicles from the world's leading manufacturers, including motorcycles, cars, trucks, quads and SSVs.

Take on unique challenges for off-road simulation fans and casual racing fans. Play online in multiplayer races for up to four players or navigate the vast jungles in single player.

However, Saber Interactive revealed, this Thursday (22), a new trailer for Dakar Desert Rally , an off-road and open-world racing game. The content of the time featured two classic vehicles from the 80s: the DAF Truck Turbo-Twin and Ari Vatanen's Peugeot 405 Turbo 16.

Both snappers will be available at launch, through the Deluxe version of the game.

Dakar Desert Rally promises a good amount of content for rally fans: more than 30 Dakar Rally stages from the years 2020, 2021 and 2022, as well as officially licensed teams, vehicles and drivers.

Another great highlight of the game will be its dynamic weather system, with four seasons and day and night rotation. So expect to face sandstorms, the scorching desert sun, rain, snow and even mud — you have to overcome it all to win the competition.

With online multiplayer option, Dakar Desert Rally is coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC on October 4th.
