Pixel Fold: Google's First Foldable Device Is Expected To Be Released In The First Quarter Of Next Year

At its hardware event last week, Google unveiled the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro phones, the Pixel Watch smartwatch, and the much-anticipated Pixel Tablet.

Now a whistleblower claims that Google plans to launch its first foldable device in early 2023.

Earlier, screen analyst Ross Young said that the Google Pixel Fold is in the development process, and Google is expected to release it in the first quarter of 2023. That means the Google Pixel Fold could launch as early as March next year.

In response to WinFuture's well-known editor Roland Quandt's question "So, where is the Pixel foldable device?", Yang replied "Q1".

In response to another Twitter user, Yang said the panels for the Pixel foldable device will start shipping in January.

Last I heard and reported, panel shipments start in January.

Yang has previously said the Pixel Fold will go on sale in the U.S. in spring 2023.
