Recent report has it that Samsung's Galaxy S23 Ultra will drastically upgrade zoom capability compared to its predecessor
Famous leaker Ice Universe recently posted a photo taken from the test version of the Galaxy S23 Ultra, showing that the camera will have an impressive improvement compared to its predecessor.

The S23 Ultra will be Samsung's first 200MP phone, using a sensor developed by the company itself. However, it won't be one of the 200MP ISOCELL sensors we've seen (HP1 and HP3), but a new design (1/1.3", 0.6µm). Additionally, the sensor will support a 50MP mode (instead of just 12.5MP and 200MP), but that mode is still under development.

This is a cropped image taken with the Galaxy S23 Ultra and S22 Ultra, the S23 Ultra produces a much sharper image and can show horizontal parallel lines, while the S22 Ultra model makes them blurry. These images do not use AI image processing.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is still a few months away from the market (expected in January or February) and Samsung usually keeps rolling out camera updates after launch, so it's likely that the camera quality will continue to be further improved.
