Santa Monica has released yet another update for God of War Ragnarok. In patch v. 03.00, the big news is Photo Mode, which arrived along with exclusive improvements for PS4 this past Monday (5).

As in the feature available in God of War (2018), players will be able to edit the expression of the characters, depth of the scenarios, position frames and use various tools to obtain that ideal record and share on social networks.

Regarding the other improvements, the main ones were the following:
  • In the quest "The Reckoning", the narrative moment will no longer be incorrectly repeated;
  • Stories on the boat will no longer stop due to an error.
  • A rare case where the player could fall when passing through the Tower of Helheim in Midgard has been fixed.
  • The behavior of companions in various locations has been improved;
  • Kratos will no longer get stuck in the animation of a specific piece of equipment when displayed in the menu.
  • Accessibility audio mixing for shield moves has been fixed.

Specifically for PS4, loading God of War Ragnarok to display certain creatures in specific locations has been improved — traveling between realms will also take less time.

Full patch notes can be accessed on the studio's official website.
