Hogwarts Legacy For PS4 And Xbox One Has Been Delayed To April Next Year

The Hogwarts Legacy soundtrack was played by a 54-piece orchestra in one of the company's most recent releases.

However, the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Hogwarts Legacy have had a release date change. Warner Bros. announced that old generation ports will only arrive on April 4, 2023 – on the other hand, PS5, Xbox Series and PC editions are still scheduled for February 10, no changes so far.

The reason for the postponement was not detailed by the company. On Twitter, the company limited itself to saying that “they want to bring the best possible experience on all platforms”.

Warner Bros. even announced the release date of Hogwarts Legacy for Nintendo Switch: July 25th. Prior to the publication above, the RPG's debut window on the handheld console was still a mystery.

The news about Hogwarts Legacy shouldn't stop there. After all, next Wednesday (14), the publisher will make a new broadcast to detail more gameplay elements and exploration of the open world RPG of the Harry Potter universe.
