CD Projekt RED has confirmed that the next-gen version of The Witcher 3 arrives on December 14th.
As we approach the date, the Polish studio revealed beautiful images of the adventure running on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X|S recently.
The game's landscapes were already breathtaking on PS4 and Xbox One, but now they're even better. The images released by CDPR show all the work with high definition textures for the new generation consoles — the scenarios and characters have more life.
The Witcher 3 on PS5 and Xbox Series will have several other next-gen features, including ray tracing support, faster load times, and 4K textures.
There will also be two playback modes: one based on 30 FPS with ray tracing and another with 60 FPS for more fluid gameplay.
In addition, it has already been confirmed that the “Complete Edition”, which comes with the DLCs “Hearts of The Stone” and “Blood and Wine”, will be accompanied by new additional content inspired by the Netflix series.
