As the release of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series approaches, more rumors about the new phone have begun to emerge.

In a recent tweet, whistleblower Ice Universe said that the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will bring support for [email protected] video recording.

The Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S21, and Galaxy S22 series support 8K 24fps video recording, so 8K videos shot with the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra will be smoother.

Many other smartphones already support 30fps video recording at 8K resolution, but this is a first for Samsung. Wish Samsung could be more generous with storage, as 8K video can take up a lot of space.

Previous rumors have suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will support sensor-shift OIS, similar to the technology used by the iPhone 14 Pro, to improve image stabilization.

Some other reports claim that photos taken on the Galaxy S23 series will feature white balance and saturation improvements.
